It was more of a surprise that Mrs. Orbit did not step out of the gloom and greet them with more Christmas poetry, than if she had. "Where's your mamma?" she inquired, peering all around.
"She's upstairs throwing up," Gloriana said.
"All over everything," Guinevere added.
